OUR PROCESS
01 — Getting to know each other
We begin with a virtual or in-person meeting to get to know you and understand the essential details of your wedding — date, location, schedule, special requirements, and everything in between. It’s also a chance to answer any questions about our approach, coverage, deliverables, payments, and the overall process.
02 — Reserving your date
Once you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your date, followed by the signing of the contract by both parties. The remaining 50% is due 15 days before the wedding.
03 — Defining your vision
We then meet again, this time with the focus entirely on you as a couple — your tastes, personalities, dreams, references, and the feeling you want your wedding to have. From this conversation, we create a visual plan that defines the creative and audiovisual direction of the day: your moodboard.
04 — Final details
If needed, we arrange a final meeting with you and your wedding planner to go over the timeline together, align on logistics, and make sure every important detail is clear before the wedding day.
05 — Your wedding day
On the day of the wedding, our team arrives at the agreed time and remains with you throughout the coverage period established in the contract, documenting the day with our signature approach.
06 — Your memories, delivered
After the wedding, we carefully curate, edit, and craft your photographs and films. The complete photo and video collection is delivered within a maximum of 60 business days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
01 — Travel & Accommodation
Travel and accommodation expenses are quoted separately and calculated according to the destination, wedding schedule, and specific travel requirements.
02 — Delivery
All photographs and films are delivered digitally via email within a maximum of 60 business days following the wedding.
03 — Cancellations
In the event of a full cancellation of the wedding, payments made are non-refundable.
04 — Coverage & Additional Hours
Coverage is provided according to the hours specified in the selected package. Any additional coverage requested on the wedding day will be subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
05 — Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events that prevent us from providing the agreed services, we will work with the couple to find the most appropriate alternative solution.
06 — Archive
We recommend that couples download and securely store their final photographs and films upon delivery. We retain the final files for 12 months after delivery.
07 — Team Meals & Breaks
For weddings involving extended coverage, the couple agrees to provide an appropriate meal and reasonable break time for the creative team. Meal timing will be coordinated with the wedding planner to ensure minimal interruption to coverage.
